GK - Joe Hart
Hart pulled off five top drawer saves to help West Ham scrape a massive point at Stamford Bridge. The pick of the bunch being a phenomenal fingertip stop from a Marcos Alonso strike.
LB - Ashley Young
Young really bought into the spirit of the Manchester derby and put in a feisty display to keep his flank free of action.
CB - Chris Smalling
He may have been at fault for City's opener, but Smalling more than made up for it by netting the winner in a memorable second half at the Etihad.
CB - Cesar Azpilicueta
The Spanish centre-back loves a goal and he added to his tally on Sunday. Not the prettiest finish, but it was more than Chelsea's lacklustre strikers could manage.
RB - Seamus Coleman
Coleman was an instrumental pillar of the Everton defence that kept a deserved clean sheet against a usually lethal Liverpool side. The Irishman also contributed to some dangerous attacks.
LM - Christian Eriksen
Tottenham's Danish driving force was up to his usual antics away at Stoke. An Eriksen brace rounded off another effective Spurs win.
CM - Luka Milivojevic
Milivojevic has quickly become the rock at the heart of Crystal Palace's midfield. The Serbian marked his birthday with a tidy finish from the penalty spot.
CM - Paul Pogba
The Frenchman brought United back from the dead with two goals in a show-stopping second-half performance that spared Manchester's red army the sight of seeing City lift the title.
RM - James Milner
Liverpool's most consistent talent was as industrious as ever against the Toffees. Unfortunately, his hard work went in vain due to his wasteful team-mates.
ST - Danny Welbeck
'Welbz' put in a match-winning display against a struggling Southampton side. Finding the net twice, the Arsenal striker sent his World Cup pitch to England boss Gareth Southgate.
ST - Ayoze Perez
Scoring one and laying on another, Perez helped Newcastle to a 2-1 win over Leicester that all but assures them another season in the Premier League.
