PSG will play against Manchester City for top spot in their Champions League group. And for that crucial game, Sergio Ramos could be in the squad, according to 'L'Équipe' on Monday.
The centre-back would be taking another step towards his return to the field of play, a return that would mean his first game as a player of the Parisian team, for whom he signed last summer.
After several days of training in a row without any apparent problems, he was in contention to be part of the squad for the last league game. But, in the end, he was not called up for the match against Nantes.
Now, the aforementioned source has said that he has been called up, something that would go hand in hand with the optimism that Pochettino's words in the press room have shown. "He is training well, his progress is good," the Argentine coach said of Ramos.
However, the name that is now causing concern at PSG is Kylian Mbappe. The striker was absent from the team's training session on Monday due to illness, although, in principle, it looks like he will be fit for the vital Champions League summit clash.
