Everton are without a manager after Real Madrid came calling for Carlo Ancelotti. The Italian manager saw the chance to return to Spain as a great opportunity at the right moment, but some Everton players are not happy about it.
'The Athletic' says that there are players who are looking to leave the club as a result of Ancelotti's departure. That is because they were happy, comfortable and felt they had performed well under him.
That is true for James. The Colombian once again saw Ancelotti leave just like at Real Madrid and Bayern Munich. Last season, he made 26 appearances, started 24, scored six goals and got eight assists.
Another player is Richarlison. The Brazilian had another brilliant campaign and he is understood to be disappointed by Ancelotti leaving. In fact, 'Football Insider' even says that Richarlison was part of Real Madrid's plans for their front line.
