James Rodriguez is now without a team after his spell at Olympiakos. The Colombian ended his stint in Greece after spending a short amount of time at Al Rayyan, and he is now on the look out for another team. In fact, he said he was after something in Europe.
In another interview, this time with 'Win Sports', the Colombian international was asked about three managers that he has had in the past, who he got on with differently. The men in question were Carlo Ancelotti, Zinedine Zidane and Rafa Benitez.
"Ancelotti didn't make me a better player, but he did with Vinicius, Rodrygo and Fede Valverde and a lot more, who were good, but who are now at an impressive level. And in the past as well, Ancelotti made Kaka better when he was at Milan", he said.
He then went on to add that, "in football there are managers who are not geniuses, tactically speaking, but who have the know-how of how to manage a group and how to man-manage, they're like a father to you and you value that more than anything".
"He's not someone who will speak to you like a player will, he's a father, he's worried about other things. He's a good manager and everything he wins makes him better", he said.
