The Polish officials have travelled up from Rennes where they were doing Rennes v Sevilla yesterday. The new fourth official was the ref in that game and the Polish linesman tonight ran the line at Rennes as well.

    Substitute Demba Ba was one of the most vocal, but players from both sides ended up leaving the pitch after a 10 minute discussion. Despite attempts to replace the fourth official with one of the Italian VARs, the visitors refused to play on and the game was postponed until today with new referees. Neymar and Mbappe were the PSG players who most supported the decision to not continue the match.

    For those of you who didn't follow what happened yesterday, the match was halted after 13 minutes with the score at 0-0. Romanian referee Ovidiu Hategan went to send off Pierre Webo, assistant coach for Basaksehir, for protesting when it is alleged the fourth official Sebastian Coltescu made a racist comment in Romanian calling Webo "the black guy".
