Once again Ross Barkley, 26, is being strongly linked with West Ham. According to 'The Sun', the East London club will try and get the midfielder again this summer. They have already seen a bid rejected.
According to 'The Express', Chelsea turned down a loan deal last January, but the English press say that the Blues could let Barkley leave this time to make way for Kai Havertz.
The rumours intensified with the arrival of David Moyes to West Ham since the footballer is liked by the manager and both were together at Everton.
Barkley has not been able to show all his potential at Stamford Bridge, but it seems like he is now improving at Chelsea. Since the Premier League restart, he has been brilliant.
Another advantage for West Ham is that the English international. whose contract at Chelsea expires in 2023, would get regular game time ahead of the Euros.
