Erik ten Hag has just left Ajax to become the new manager of Manchester United, where he begins his ambitious project to take them back to the top.
After 1645 days in charge of the Dutch side, Erik ten Hag has decided to take on a new challenge in the Premier League. The manager was able to leave on a high last season, leading his Ajax squad to the league title and accumulating 83 points over 34 games played. Ten Hag's side nearly completed a domestic treble, however they finished as runners up in both the KNVB Cup and in the Johan Cruyff Shield.
The 52 year-old will look to replicate his success in the Netherlands with a United side who are in desperate need of rebuilding.
