Gennaro Gattuso continues his search for new signings to strengthen the Valencia squad for next season. In the last few hours, the Italian coach has been interested in a surprising Serie A player.
According to what 'Relevo' reported, the board of the 'Che' team will ask for Jose Machin, an Equatoguinean footballer who plays for AC Monza, a team recently promoted to the Serie A.
Valencia are keen to strengthen their midfield and could make an attempt to sign the 25-year-old African on loan, who has played for Nastic Tarragona, Malaga, Roma, Brescia, Pescara, Parma and Monza, among others.
For now nothing has been officially confirmed, but it is certain that the Spanish side will try to add a midfielder. In addition to Machin, other names that have been mentioned are Arthur Melo and Ibrahima Diallo.
