Thorgan, brother of Chelsea star Eden Hazard, was on the books at the 'Blues' between 2012 and 2015 but he failed to make a single competitive appearance for the club before departing for the Bundesliga.
Now, both Chelsea and Leicester are reportedly interested in bringing the 24-year-old back to England, a prospect that the player himself admits is "appealing".
"England is appealing, but when you speak to players who play there, they also tell you that Germany seems like a great league," Hazard exaplined, when speaking 'Sport Magazine'.
"We have the best stadiums, the best infrastructures. The atmosphere is also 'hotter' than in England.
"I listen to what is being said about me, but it's not something I bother myself with," he added.
Hazard insists that nothing has yet been decided regarding his future and that he will cross that bridge when he comes to it.
"Apparently, a few clubs are interested, but we'll analyse all that at the end of the season," he explained.
Should the Belgian return to Chelsea it would complete a hat-trick of Hazards after the youngest of the Hazard bunch, Kylian, teamed up the the club's U23 side last summer.
