In Manchester City's 3-0 win over Oxford the England youth international scored his first senior goal. Oxford manager Karl Robinson even compared the youngster to Andres Iniesta. Pep Guardiola urged caution with such comparisons but did comment "I have said many times we are delighted with Phil," "He has the quality to stay here for 10 years. He has all the skills to play with us."
Harvey Elliott, 15, Fulham
The teenager spent Tuesday morning and afternoon at school before making his senior debut for Fulham away at Millwall. Aged only 15 years and 174 days he became the youngest player in Fulham and the competition's history. He impressed in a nine minute cameo, his manager Slavisa Jokanovic said "He moved the ball with quality and showed some speed," "We believe the future can be bright ahead of him."
Emile Smith Rowe, 18, Arsenal
The highly-rated 18 year old made his full senior debut at the Emirates on Wednesday night as the 'Gunners' won 3-1. The England under-18 international played for 63 minutes and had a promising performance at first team level for the first time.
