According to 'Il Corriere dello Sport', Roma could suffer losses of 140 million euros this term due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The Italian outfit are fifth in Serie A and are nine points off the Champions League. If they do not get into that competition, they will need the money even more.
Therefore, Roma will be focussed to sell and they will have no other option but to consider selling their 20 year-old star, Nicolo Zaniolo.
If they do not make the Champions League, Roma will have to listen to offers despite the fact their intention was to keep the midfielder, whose contract expires in 2024.
According to the cited media outlet, Roma will have to accept an offer of 60 or 70 million euros for the player. Zaniolo will be back in action in two weeks times after a cruciate ligament injury.
