Borussia Dortmund struck first in the Champions League last 16 second leg game after Sevilla had reached Hitz's area plenty of times.
In the first clear chance for Terzic's men, Dortmund punished the La Liga outfit. Jesus Navas lost the ball and the Germans needed just three passes to score.
Schulz got the ball back and gave it to Dahoud, who then put a fabulous pass for Reus. The German then went past his marker and got to the side of the six yard box.
Reus passed back and Haaland, who else, was there to hit home first time. The Norwegian star got his ninth goal in six matches in this season's Champions League.
It was a setback for a Sevilla who were playing very well until that goal, but they failed to score and were punished.
