Sanchez urges Chelsea to finish in top four to avoid disappointment

As the Premier League season draws to a close, Chelsea's chances of making it to the Champions League are in jeopardy, and goalie Robert Sanchez is urging teamwork to help them reach their objectives.

Sanchez stated following Chelsea's last match that the team is determined to overcome their most recent defeat. "We were talking in the changing room (after the game) and we know there are nine games left now," the Spanish stopper explained, emphasising the squad's awareness of the challenge ahead. 

Despite the disappointment of a recent loss, Sanchez stressed the importance of continuous improvement and maximising points from the remaining fixtures.

The 27-year-old goalkeeper, who has been a regular under manager Enzo Maresca this season, set an ambitious target for the team: "We are going to go the max in every game, and hopefully win every game". 

Chelsea currently sit fourth in the Premier League table with 49 points from 28 matches, facing stiff competition from Manchester City and Newcastle United who are both on 47 points. 

The Spanish goalkeeper's statements reflect the high stakes of the final stretch and he admitted: "If we don't get top four, myself and everyone in the team will be very disappointed".
