They consist of midweek fixtures and bank-holiday matches with 'Sky' and 'BT' the frontrunners to scoop the packages up.
If true, it would mean the Premier League would suffer a near-£500million deficit in revenue compared to their current TV agreement.
It would be the first major setback for executive chairman Richard Scudamore, who oversees the negotiations, after he misjudged Amazon's interest in broadcasting England's top divisions.
However, it wouldn't be all doom-and-gloom for Scuadmore as the growth in the overseas market already covers the domestic loss.
