We are facing another summer of austerity which sees loans and swap deals become the main business in the transfer market. Therefore, in Italy there is talk of there being a swap deal involving Juve and Man Utd: Cristiano Ronaldo could go to Manchester and Pogba to Turin.
It would see both players return to their former clubs. Pogba is currently in his second spell at United as he went to Juventus from Man Utd.
Now, 'La Gazzetta dello Sport' reports he could have a second spell at the Italian outfit as well. Cristiano Ronaldo could move the other way.
Juventus and United want to swap players. The problem is that Ronaldo is one of Juve's biggest assets and the Turin based side need to sell to balance the books. Giving Ronaldo away on a cheap, even if it is in place of Pogba, does not seem the best solution.
