The forward has been linked with the likes of Chelsea, Barcelona and even Leicester City this summer, but is expected to become an Inter Milan player very soon.
The 19-year-old, also known as 'Gabigol', is currently in Milan and will undergo a medical at the San Siro.
Inter Milan are also expected to complete the signing of Joao Mario from Sporting Lisbon and manager Frank de Boer, praisedthe pair's versatility.
"They are both versatile but I don't want to talk about players who could join," he said.
Gabigol was one of Brazil's star performers at the Olympic games and scored two goals in the gold medallists' group stage match against Denmark.
