Mohammed Salah capitalised on an Eric Dier mistake to score his 20th goal of the season and take himself level with Harry Kane, early in the game at Anfield on Sunday afternoon.

Liverpool were taking on Tottenham in a crunch Premier League match as third played fifth to battle out for the Champions League places.

No one is quite sure what Dier saw as he tried to play the ball back to Hugo Lloris, but Salah was alert and slotted the ball into the bottom corner emphatically.

It was Salah's twentieth goal in twenty five league games for Liverpool this season.
