Former Red Devil Nani highlights Man Utd's failure to secure young talent Quenda

Nani has voiced his opinion that Manchester United have lost out on an “unbelievable” talent, following Geovany Quenda’s transfer to Chelsea.
The young Sporting Lisbon player, Quenda, was acquired by Chelsea in a £43.7m deal, part of a larger £62.4m transaction that also included Dario Essugo. Nani, in an interview with A Bola, described Quenda, who previously played under Ruben Amorim, as a “fantastic player” with exceptional qualities.
Nani highlighted Quenda’s energy, speed, and intelligence, noting his ability to contribute effectively within a team. Nani's praise extends to Quenda's tactical awareness, claiming, "He knows how to play as part of a team, when he should calm down and speed up the game".
“It’s difficult to have this type of player who is aggressive with the ball, taking the game forward and creating danger in the box," he added. In response to a direct question about United’s missed opportunity, Nani affirmed, “I think so. There are no players like him at 17. Why did Chelsea sign him? Because they know that.”
