TEAM NEWS
Everton: The 'Toffees' will be without the suspended Phil Jagielka, who was sent off in their season opener against Wolves, while Yerry Mina is not yet ready to make his debut due to a foot problem. Elsewhere, new additions Bernard and Kurt Zouma could feature, although Andre Gomes is also ruled out with an injury. Richarlison should be fit again, after scoring twice on his debut last weekend.
Southampton: 'Saints' are unlikely to risk summer signing Mohamed Elyounoussi who is suffering from a hamstring problem, though Danny Ings and Stuart Armstrong are available.
Marco Silva: "For all of the new players they have to show me that they are ready and better than the others. That is a normal thing in football."
Mark Hughes: "At the moment, apart from maybe Moi at the weekend, we’ve got everyone fit and available. Stuart Armstrong is okay after his knock. We have a 25-man squad and it’s there to last the whole season. We’ll lose players to injuries and suspensions at times but for the most part now everyone is ready to go."
