FT: ENGLAND 1-0 ARGENTINA! That's that!! England are through to the knockout stages!! Neville's side showed good perseverance to break through against a determined Argentina side, and could have had a few more to make the scoreline more convincing.
  • 90'
England moving the ball from side to side, managing the game well. Argentina know this one is up...
  • 90'
Big shout for handball after Stanway's shot is blocked in the box, but it won't matter as Taylor was offside in the buildup. Four minutes added on here.
  • 89'
Now Argentina make their final change as Jaimes makes way for Yael Oviedo.
  • 88'

  • 86'
Another late change by Phil Neville as Nikita Parris makes way for Rachel Daley.
  • 85'
More excellent work from Bronze, whose cross is scuffed into the goalkeeper's hands by Nikita Parris. Parris has come over to the left, with Stanway making her way over to the right.
  • 84'
England have slowed down the tempo as they look to see this game out, probing for a second at the same time.
  • 80'

  • 69'
A smart free-kick from England as Houghton slides in Kirby, who takes too long and gives the ball away.
  • 68'
Barroso goes into the book for a poor, late challenge on Jade Moore. Good place for a free-kick, with Houghton lining it up again.
  • 67'
Argentina sub as Banini makes way for Mariana Larroquette.
  • 66'
Fancy footwork from Beth Mead sees her beat three defenders and win a corner, much to the delight of the crowd inside the Oceane Stadium.
  • 65'
Big chance for Scott! Another free header for Scott, but she powers it wide of the right hand post.
  • 64'
More pressure from England. Parris wanted a free-kick, but it wasn't given and Bronze presses well to win a corner.
  • 60'
GOAAALLLL FOR ENGLAND!! It's been coming! This time, Taylor doesn't miss. Mead puts in a perfect low cross with her left foot, and Taylor slides in at the back post to crash her finish home.

Parris flicks a lovely ball around the corner for Bronze, but her delivery is uncharacteristically poor and is easily cleared.

Two big chances from the free-kick! Firstly Houghton's header is blocked, then Parris' left footed strike is pushed away by Correa.
  • 47'
Jaimes makes a run in behind, but good defending from Houghton allows Telford to clear. The Argentinian striker was offside anyway, however. Up the other end, Parris once again finds space down the right, but takes too long to cross and Argentina end up with a goal kick.
  • 46'
Parris beats Stábile down the right, and her cross to the back post narrowly goes wide of the post. Correa had misjudged that one, and was beaten all ends up.
  • 46'
We're underway once again in Le Havre! Big 45 ahead for England....will they be able to find a way through this resolute Argentinian defence?
  • 45'
HT: ENGLAND 0-0 ARGENTINA! Somehow, we're level at the half. Correa has been the star here, saving Parris' penalty and making a couple of other huge saves to deny England. The Lionesses need to stay patient here, and will surely create more chances in the second half. See you in 15 for more!

Good work from Parris down the right wins a corner. Two minutes added on in Le Havre.

  • 40'
Another chance for England! Kirby slips in Mead down the left, whose left-footed finish across goal is well saved by Correa! England knocking on the door here at the end of the half...
  • 39'
From the resulting free-kick, the ball falls to Taylor on the right corner of the six-yard box, but her effort goes back across goal and is cleared.
  • 38'
Cometti cynically brings down Bronze after the England full-back beats her down the right and receives a deserved yellow card.

The ball falls to Scott around 25 yards out, but her shot lacked conviction and flew wide.

  • 29'
Parris does well to keep a ball in on the right, but her hooked cross is scrambled away by Argentina.
  • 28'
Parris' penalty was a good height for the goalkeeper, it must be said. Still, it was an excellent save from Correa, who was duly mobbed by her teammates afterwards.
  • 27'
SAVED! Correa with a great save from the penalty, before Jodie Taylor puts the rebound wide. It stays at 0-0...
  • 26'
PENALTY FOR ENGLAND!! Mead pulls the ball back for Greenwood in the area, who is brought down by Bravo's desperate lunge in the area. No VAR needed here, Parris will step up again...

  • 14'
Free-kick for England around 30 yards out - Houghton steps up and blazes it way over the bar.
  • 13'
Stábile goes in late on Bronze and is lucky to escape a yellow. Poor challenge there, but Argentina's defensive approach is looking to be rather full-blooded.
  • 12'
Jill Scott towers above Argentina's centre-backs to get on the end of Bronze's cross, but her header is tame and is straight at Correa in goal.
  • 11'
Argentina have strung a couple of attacks together that have ended with crosses being easily headed away by Houghton and McManus,
  • 7'

  • 6'
Jade Moore channels her inner Xavi as she switches play with a perfect cross-field ball to Mead, who takes on Sachs. The Argentinian defender just about recovers in time to clear the ball after it seemed she'd been beaten all ends up.
  • 3'
Bronze is chopped down after some good link-up play with Parris, but the referee waves play on. Bronze looks in pain here, but should be ok to carry on.
  • 2'
Parris again finds space down the right and puts in another dangerous cross, which is once again headed away. England's winger looks a danger already.
  • 1'
Almost a chance for England in the first minute! Parris finds space down the right and whips in a cross to the near post, but under pressure from Cometti, Bronze can only head behind. Promising start for England.

  • PRVW
England in a changed, deep blood red kit tonight, whereas Argentina line up in their iconic blue and white stripes.
  • PRVW
National anthems are ringing out here in Le Havre...
  • PRVW
Nikita Parris and Lucy Bronze looked a formidable tandem down the right side for England in their opener, and Neville will surely be looking to those two to help unlock what will be a stubborn and defensive Argentina side tonight.
  • PRVW
If the Lionesses do win tonight, they will secure qualification from Group D with a game to spare.
  • PRVW
Argentina, meanwhile, made history as they gained their first ever World Cup point by shocking 2015 runners-up Japan and holding out for a 0-0 draw in Paris on Monday. They will be hoping to employ similar tactics and frustrate England tonight.
  • PRVW
England come into tonight's clash off the back of a 2-1 win against Scotland on Sunday. Phil Neville's side were mightily impressive in the first half, but seemed to collapse somewhat in the second - something they will be hoping does not become a pattern tonight.
  • PRVW
Argentina, on the other hand, choose to make just one change to the team that stunned Japan and gained a point in their first group game. Adriana Sachs comes in for Rosana Gomez, whilst key players Sole Jaimes and Estefania Banini retain their places in the starting lineup, and will be England's biggest threat today.
  • PRVW
Elsewhere for England, Abbie McManus comes in at centre-back for the injured Millie Bright, whilst Jade Moore replaces Keira Walsh in midfield. Euro 2017 Golden Boot winner Jodie Taylor comes in for Ellen White, who netted England's second against Scotland, up front.
  • PRVW
So, wholesale changes for England then as Phil Neville decides to go with a rather different XI to the one that beat Scotland on Sunday. Goalkeeper Carly Telford could be the biggest surprise on the teamsheet as she makes her first appearance at a major tournament, replacing Karen Bardsley in goal.
  • PRVW
Argentina: Correa, Sachs, Barroso, Cometti, Stabile, Bravo, Mayorga, Benitez, Banini, Bonsegundo, Jaimes
  • PRVW
England: Telford, Bronze, Houghton, McManus, Greenwood, Mead, Moore, Scott, Kirby, Taylor, Parris
  • PRVW
With less than 40 minutes until kick-off, let's check out who's starting for both teams...
