There were a couple of doubts about the squad going into the game, but Kyle Walker has successfully shaken off a bout of cramp and Dele Alli has shown no signs of fatigue following his thigh trouble earlier in the tournament.
The lack of goals from Alli and Raheem Sterling had led to some calls for changes in personnel, but Southgate has resited the urge to tinker with his side as they look to secure a semi-final berth for the first time since 1990.
Harry Kane is likely to carry most of England's hopes on his shoulders, with the Tottenham striker currently leading the race for the Golden Boot with six goals for the tournament so far, two ahead of his nearest competitor.

Sweden, for their part, made two changes from the team that saw off Switzerland 1-0 in the last 16. Right-back Mikael Lustig is suspended, meaning Emil Krafth comes in, whilst experienced midfielder Sebastian Larsson returns from a suspension of his own in place of Viktor Claesson in midfield.
The Swedes lack a star man in the mould of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, though Emil Forsberg is capable of unlocking defences on his day, whilst what they may lack in star quality, they more than make up for in competitivity.
