Earthquake hits Madeira, where Ronaldo is isolating

The earthquake, of a 3.5 magnitude, took place on Sunday morning, without causing significant damage, beyond the logical scare that comes with each earthquake.

It was one more scare for the month to forget that Cristiano Ronaldo is living. First, it was the stroke that his mother suffered, and then the news of his forced seclusion in his native Madeira.

The earthquake had its epicenter just 49 kilometers from Funchal, the capital of Madeira, and was slightly felt in Lisbon and the Canary Islands.
