Confirmed: Azpilicueta travels to Madrid, Lukaku stays in London

Chelsea have published their squad for the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final against Real Madrid. Thomas Tuchel's side have to come back from a 3-1 deficit and will be without Romelu Lukaku.  The Belgian is still suffering from the physical problems that kept him out against Southampton.

The Blues' coach will be able to call on César Azpilicueta, who had coronavirus, but has now recovered. The Spanish defender made the highlight reel of the game at Stamford Bridge when he fired a shot into the top corner, forcing Courtois to make an incredible save.

This is the complete English squad list: Kepa Arrizabalaga, Bettinelli, Édouard Mendy; César Azpilicueta, Marcos Alonso, Chalobah, Christensen, Reece James, Rüdiger, Sarr, Thiago Silva; Jorginho, Kanté, Kovacic, Loftus-Cheek, Masom Mount, Saúl, Vale; Havertz, Pulisic, Timo Werner and Ziyech.

Chelsea trained on Monday ahead of their trip to Madrid, where they are not expected to train at the Santiago Bernabeu. In fact, as soon as the match against Carlo Ancelotti's side is over, the squad will take another flight to return to London to prepare for their next match.
