The Premier League champions were unable to score at Carrow Road in a game with few chances and Antonio Conte will rotate his squad for the replay, insisting on the importance of the clash.
"I think this game is an important game," Conte said. "It is a good chance to continue to keep the clean sheet and then to try to win the game and score and go to the next round. As you know this type of game is very difficult and we have to pay great attention to try to win the game."
Gary Cahill and Cesc Fabregas are out of the match with hamstring injuries and Michy Batshuayi and David Luiz could be called into the starting lineup, while new boy Ross Barkley is not yet elegible to play.
Tom Trybull will miss the Canaries' trip to Stamford Bridge and Marley Watkins returns from injury. New recruit Marcus Edwards is also not available.
