Chelsea set to rival Arsenal and Liverpool for Brazilian wonderkid Gabriel Moscardo

Chelsea are still interested in strengthening their squad during the winter transfer window. A few days ago it was reported that the Blues have their eye on Napoli striker Victor Osimhen to bolster their attack, but not only that. 

The Blues will try to land Corinthians gem Gabriel Moscardo. The 18-year-old midfielder is also on the radar of top clubs such as Arsenal and Liverpool, although Mauricio Pochettino's club are leading the race for the Brazilian, according to the 'Standard'.

In fact, Todd Boehly's side had already tried to sign the promising star last summer, although their initial £18m bid was rejected by Corinthians. 

It is worth noting that he would not be the first Brazilian prodigy Chelsea have signed this year, having already secured the arrival of 19-year-old Andrey Santos from Vasco da Gama, although he is currently on loan at Nottingham Forest.
