Celtic reject 15 million pound bid from Arsenal for Tierney

The price Celtic have put on their full back is around 25 million pounds. It is the figure the Hoops have told Arsenal if they want to sign the defender. 

'Daily Mirror' reports that Unai Emery wants the footballer to rejuvenate the squad and try and get back into the Champions League because this season the club ended in fifth and missed out.

Tierney has spent all his professional career at Celtic. Last term, he made 40 appearances in which he scored a goal and gave five assists. He is a quality left back who is also good in attack as he can send dangerous crosses in for strikers to get on the end of. 

His market value is around 27 million pounds. The figure is close to what his team demands to let him leave. He is in no rush to do precisely that as his contract does not expire until 2023.
