Atletico negotiating personal terms with Julian Alvarez, €95m package agreed with City

Manchester City have given the green light to the sale of Julian Alvarez to Atletico Madrid. Fabrizio Romano details how much the deal will cost the 'Colchoneros' and the figure is slightly higher than the one reported by 'Ole' in the last few hours.

The Argentinian media outlet claimed that the Argentinian striker would join Diego Pablo Simeone's team in exchange for 80 million. However, the aforementioned journalist claims that he will do it for 75 million fixed plus another 20 million add-ons. That would have been the last offer from Atletico, which would have seduced the Sky Blues to give the go-ahead to the transfer.

Therefore, there is an agreement between City and Atletico, but the work on the part of the Madrid club does not end here. Right now, they are negotiating the personal terms with the player.

As soon as Julian Alvarez and Atletico agree the personal terms of the contract, Manchester City will authorise the player to go to Madrid to undergo a medical.

At the same time, the 'Colchonero' team is waiting for Conor Gallagher, who will travel to Madrid on Tuesday to sign his new contract.
