The 28-year-old is in hot demand, as West Ham are reportedly keen on the striker too. The Hammers recently appointed Manuel Pellegrini as manager, who Rondon played under whilst at Malaga.
Following West Brom's relegation to the Championship, Rondon has a release clause written into his contract that could see the Venezuelan snapped up for £16million.
In the January transfer window this season, Chelsea had enquired about Rondon, but instead opted to sign Olivier Giroud from Arsenal.
The striker joined the Baggies from Russian club Zenit St Petersburg for a £12million fee back in 2015 and has tallied up 28 goals from 102 outings for the club across all competitions.
