Arsenal are in seventh in the Premier League and they are looking to seal a Europa League spot given that the Champions League seems a bit far away.
Coach Mikel Arteta said in a press conference that they need all their footballers to be switched on: "Players that are ready to help each other, fight for each other and enjoy playing together."
"That’s what I mean by being on the boat. If you behave like this every day, you are very, very welcome here and we want to get the best out of you," the Spanish coach added.
Mesut Ozil has not played for the team since football restarted and he has even been left out of the squad on more than one occasion.
Matteo Guendouzi's attitude has left a lot to be desire and good proof of that was the shocking scenes of him grabbing a Brighton player around the neck.
The Frenchman did not form part of a single squad list since the incident so he and Ozil look set to leave the Emirates.
