Arsenal are now top of the Premier League. The Gunners took advantage of City's defeat at home to Brentford (1-2) and added three more points after a 2-0 win at Wolves.
Xhaka was unable to finish the game. The Swiss, called up by his country for the World Cup, left the pitch after 15 minutes and alarm bells went off in his national team.
However, Arteta, already in the press room, ruled out any kind of injury and explained what happened to his player: "Granit raised his hand and asked to come off. He was not feeling well at all. We had some players with stomach problems and obviously we can't change three or four players in the first half.
It is worth noting that Xhaka, two minutes into the match, squatted down and both the referee and several opponents approached him to ask him if he was fine. The player finally left the pitch in the 15th minute.
