Werner carried out one of the most difficult skills in football. The Chelsea striker opened the scoring at Stamford Bridge with his first Premier League goal after a brilliant no-touch dribble.
It all started with the ball from Chilwell. Werner, 40 yards out with his back to goal, beat Bednarek with the non-touch dribble and lit up the play.
His first touch came on the edge of the box when he beat Oriol Romeu, who stuck out a leg in desperation.
With five defenders chasing after him, Werner decided that the time had come and shot across the face of goal, beating McCarthy who had no reply.
It was Werner's first Premier League goal. he could have reached that milestone a minute earlier too but was ruled offside and had his strike ruled out.
Minutes later, Werner made it 2-0 after catching out McCarthy, giving Chelsea a two-goal cushion.
