"We're not going to win the Premier League every year"

Manchester City wake up as Premier League leaders after beating Arsenal 1-3. Citizens boss Pep Guardiola spoke to the press and analysed what was key to his side's win.
"When we were in second place. We thought we needed something more than what we did in the first half. They were there, we let them play, but in the second half we corrected that. Haaland helped up a lot. He was aggressive to help us when pressing", he started.
And he did not hesitate in praising his players, especially Bernando Silva: "He's got something special. He starts the game as a left-back and ends it as a right winger. Simply put, he plays football, he understands every position because he's very intelligent".
But he also praised Haaland, and he spoke about their chances of winning the title: "He shined. If people expect him to get a hat-trick every game, it's because of his standard. When your level is 25 goals, people always expect that. We're not going to win the Premier League every year, if you win it's because you deserve it. We were in the game today", he concluded.
"We beat Arsenal, at the Emirates and we've got more than 50 points in the first half of the season. In football you can lost, but the guys were better against Tottenham. To lose here we'd be basically out of it. At the end of the day we've got better results than them", Guardiola concluded.
