Gareth Southgate has made a number of big decision since being named England manager, not least dropping the likes of Joe Hart and Jack Wilshere form his World Cup squad, but the boldest of all his decision my be the one he took in switching Kyle Walker's primary position for his country to that of a right-sided centre-half.
