Vinicius on verge of signing new Real Madrid deal until 2030

Real Madrid are on the verge of solving one of the most complex office issues they could face. Vinicius, whose future has been much talked about in recent months, is close to formally sealing his continuity at the club until 2030, as announced by ‘SER’. 

The last few days have brought considerable progress between the parties, so that the formal announcement would only be made at the end of the season. The contract of the ‘Merengues’ striker, which runs until 2027, would not only increase in terms of years of continuity, but also in terms of salary. It only remains to be seen whether the last of the years would be fixed in the new contract or would remain as an option to extend it.

Saudi Arabia had been determined in recent months to tempt him with an offer that could not be refused from an economic point of view, although the Brazilian forward had always publicly assured that his only intention was to continue making history at Real Madrid. 

Initially, it seemed that the negotiations could be somewhat more complex. But the Brazilian is one of the favourite players  of Florentino Perez, who has never had any doubts that he should remain one of the stars of the club. 

With the final of the Copa del Rey just around the corner, the option to continue fighting for La Liga title and the Club World Cup in the summer, Vinicius will be able to stay calm about his contract and focus on trying to close the season by adding one more title to those already won so far, the European Super Cup and the FIFA Intercontinental Cup.
