"Vinicius and Rodrygo have told me about the greatness of Madrid"

In July 2024, Endrick comes of age and receives the best gift he could have imagined: a move to Real Madrid.

Since it was announced that he would be joining Real Madrid, he has been a recurring protagonist of the international chronicle when it comes to focusing on Brazil, where he has been making a name for himself with Palmeiras until taking this step forward in his career.

Asked if he has spoken to his compatriots Vinicius Jr and Rodrygo about what lies ahead, he replied: "I've had the opportunity to spend time with them. They asked me if I was going on holiday, that I had to go.

"They've told me a lot of things about the day to day, how important everything that happens is, how great it is in every way, but they tell me that you realise it when you're there," he said.

"It's going to be a lot of responsibility, a great challenge. I'm very excited to play in that shirt and to be able to enjoy it with the fans. It's a dream I've had since I was a kid. I know that I still have challenges ahead of me at Palmeiras and I have to fulfil them or, at least, help my team to be at the top, but of course I'm already thinking about Real Madrid as well," he continued.

"I hope to have a brilliant career there, in a big, impressive stadium. It's been a dream since I was a kid. Every kid has it, many football stars have played there. I went to a game a while ago and I could experience the atmosphere, the fans.... I will be very happy to play there," Endrick concluded.
