Arsenal hosted Brentford in the Premier League on Saturday. The Gunners won the game 2-1 at the Emirates. The result meant Arsenal went level on points with West Ham in 5th place. Meanwhile Brentford continue to flounder at the lower end of the table in 14th place just six points off the relegation zone. 

Arsenal's two home-grown youngsters Saka and Emile Smith Rowe netted in the match. Smith Rowe opened the scoring 3 minutes after the break and Saka followed up in the 79th minute. Ramsdale thought he was heading for yet another clean sheet, only to concede at the death to a Norgaard goal in additional time. 

Although his team was knocked out of the FA Cup to Championship side Nottingham Forest, Arteta has enjoyed a 3 game unbeaten run in the league since then, and his young team continues to mature nicely. Listen to his thoughts after the win at the weekend in the video above!
