Colo Colo won their first ever Copa Libertadores. DUGOUT

On 5th June 1991, Colo-Colo won their first-ever Copa Libertadores title.

The Chilean side won their first ever Copa Libertadores in 1991. They beat Olimpia 3-0 on aggregate in the final.

They also managed to beat Boca Juniors in the semi-final.
