If there had not been the coronavirus pandemic, nobody would have doubted that Jadon Sancho would have been a Man Utd player in July. Despite the fact the Premier League club still want to sign him, they are starting to accept that they will not be able to get him from Dortmund.
According to the 'Daily Mail', the issue is causing United bosses a headache. They have been trying to find a way to get the 100 million euros the Germans want for the English winger.
But United cannot find the money not even by paying in instalments and Dortmund will not sell him at a throwaway price. An agreement is not easy and it seems more and more likely that Sancho will have to stay for another year at Signal Iduna Park.
So, his departure could be postponed for another season which would be great news for Lucien Favre, but the club would miss out on a large amount of money.
