Marcus Thuram went through an unusual situation at the Giuseppe Meazza. The Gladbach player forgot his documents and had to google himself to get in to the stadium.

Being a top-level player doesn't mean that everyone knows you. And in a society marked by COVID-19, not just anyone is allowed into stadiums. And Marcus Thuram can give a good account of that.

At Tuesday's training session, the Borussia Mönchengladbach player forgot his documents. So he had to Google himself to prove his identity.

An image that has traveled around the world and the German team has taken advantage of this to promote the match. However, for the match, he will need his ID.
