Molina, who took part in the 'Bilbao International Football Summit' this Thursday, has indicated that although he has not been to the new San Mames, everyone has told him it is spectacular. Therefore, he is keen for the Spanish squad to play there soon if Spain qualify for Euro 2020.
He reiterated his "complete confidence" in the coach, Luis Enrique Martinez, who has been absent for the recent Spain games because of personal issues. He was also convinced that "soon he will be back with the team."
"There is no deadline or time frame" for the return of Luis Enrique, Molina confirmed, who was confident that "sooner rather than later he will be 100%".
The sporting director also said the Federation are fully committed to women's football and his confidence in the Spain squad which will be playing at the World Cup. He says the women's team have some "very good footballers."
"We expect a good tournament from them, that they compete in every game and that they have a good World Cup," said Molina.
