The Sun: Man Utd agree on record breaking fee for Maguire

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will get away with it. The coach will strengthen his defence with England international Harry Maguire, who had long been asking Leicester for a move from the club where he spent the last two seasons. There, he established himself as one of Europe's strongest central defenders.
He performed at a high level, set an excellent World Cup and, at the age of 26, will make the leap to one of the biggest clubs in the Old Continent.
The Sun' reported that United and Leicester reached an agreement for Maguire, after Manchester City, another big club that took notice of the defender's performance, dropped out from a bid that is about to end.
According to the source, United will pay 67 million plus 22.3 million euros in add-ons, for a total of 89.3 million euros. Maguire will thus become the most expensive defence in football history.
He will surpass Van Dijk, whose transfer to Liverpool from Southampton closed at just under 85 million. Maguire is the second major reinforcement for United's defence, after the signing of Wan-Bissaka.
