In a statement published in the Daily Mail, Ajax coach Erik ten Hag discussed Andre Onana's possible departure from the Dutch team.
The goalkeeper has been widely rumoured to be looking to make the big jump from the Amsterdam club to another European giant, with the likes of Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain interested.
That is why Ten Hag spoke about the future of his highly-rated goalkeeper to make it clear that there was already a deal in place with the player to facilitate his departure for the summer market.
"Andre is very important to us, of course we don't want to lose him. But it's true that the agreements were made last year," said the coach.
He added: "There is an agreement with Onana about a possible exit in case the team appears and the right price. But as far as I know, no concrete offer has been made to Ajax."
