Before it was Kylian Mbappe and now it is Aurelien Tchouameni who has got all the media attention when it comes to transfer news. Real Madrid have gone from wanting the PSG man to trying to sign the Monaco player.
Several top level clubs want the midfielder. In the meantime, the French player praised the style of play both in Spain and England.
"I like Spanish and English matches. It's different playing there. But in the end, for me it's just a question of adaptation," Tchouameni told 'CNN'.
"The Monaco footballer sold himself as "an ambitious person." "Every time I do something, I only want to win. If I want to be great, I have to adapt to find some things which will allow me to grow as a player," he added.
The midfielder knows that his future is on everyone's lips in the Monaco dressing room. "It's funny. My friends Badiashile and Sidibe say to me every morning: 'Ah, you're going to this club.' And the following day, it's another club. But it's good to be in this situation. It means I'm in a good position. I've worked hard to achieve this, so that the best clubs want me. The most important thing is to be good in training sessions and in the next match," Tchouameni said.
He confessed to 'CNN' that he could even stay at Monaco. "We're going to try and qualify for the Champions League. Playing it in that stadium, with my friends and the squad, is one of my ambitions," he concluded.
