Sporting Lisbon want Pedro Porro permanently and to stop RM getting him

Sporting Lisbon have a plan in mind with Pedro Porro, a 22 year-old right back who is currently at the Portuguese side on loan from Man City.
According to 'Record', the Portuguese side's intention is to take up the option to buy the Spaniard for 8.5 million euros. This is something the Premier League side have reportedly been told about.
The Spanish international will reportedly sign a new contract until 2025 which will include a buyout clause for 45 million euros. That is an enticing offer on the table, but Man City will have to approve it.
Sporting want to get ahead of the other clubs who are asking about the player, especially Real Madrid, who have been following Pedro Porro for some time.
The Spanish international landed in Portugal last summer and has played 49 competitive matches. He has scored six goals and given three assists in those games. His performances this season keep on being superb and so Sporting are looking to complete his signing as soon as possible.
