Ronaldo looking to get one over on Messi once again ahead of Andorra clash

Since Argentina failed to find the net against Peru in their last game, all the talk turned to Portugal's clash with minnows Andorra.
Ronaldo and Messi have been competing almost exclusively between themselves for some time now, be it over awards, earnings, golden boots, you name it and despite the pair both moving into the latter stages of their careers that is showing no sign of changing.
It turns out that the Real Madrid and Barcelona stars are currently tied on the number of combined goals and assists that they have managed in their careers, on a whopping 812.
The Portuguese has scored 612 goals since making his professional debut, along with 200 assists to take him to that 812 figure, and whilst his Argentinian rival has scored 33 goals less (579), that is exactly how many more assists than Ronaldo he has claimed (233).
With Argentina and Messi failing to find the net in their last game, Ronaldo has 'a game in hand' as he looks to claim the bragging rights once again.
At this point, it is worth noting that Ronaldo is two years older than Messi and that therefore Messi's stats are arguably more impressive, but we'll leave that one to you.
Whilst Ronaldo can swing the scale in his favour once again this evening, Messi will have to wait until Tuesday to get another bite of the cherry, when Argentina play Ecuador at altitude in what is a must-win game for Jorge Sampaoli's side.
