Sergio Ramos went to the facilities at the Ciudad Deportiva Real Madrid eight days after his left knee meniscus operation.
The Madrid captain, who was also in the stands to see the win over Valencia, wants to shorten the recovery time to be back as soon as possible.
Ramos is focussed on his recovery and as an introduction he did aerobic work, cycling, stretching and different series of exercises with weights.
For now, the Real Madrid centre-back will miss the Champions League knockout-tie against Atalanta and is still out for between five and six weeks.
Ramos' recovery is necessary for Los Blancos, more so in a season where they have numerous physical problems, such as Dani Carvajal's latest injury.
