Pau Lopez, the former Espanyol, Betis and Tottenham keeper, suffered a small fracture in his wrist on Wednesday. On Thursday, Napoli's Kostas Manolas had to pull up in training after muscle problems in his right thigh, Napoli said in an official statement.
The 25 year-old Roma keeper was training individiually in Trigoria and he will be out for around three weeks, the club told 'EFE'.
Manolas, who had some medical tests this Thursday to find out the extent of his injury, will also need some weeks to recover.
The Roma goalkeeper and the Napoli defender are the first players to get injured since Serie A clubs were allowed to resume individual training on 4th May.
The Italian Government has given permission for group training to begin from Monday 18th May.
Serie A are looking to get the league back underway on 13th June, but it is subject to Government approval.
