Mbappe's first 'victim': Leonardo already knows he will not continue

Kylian Mbappe will remain at the Parc des Princes until 2025. The club, in addition to renewing him, has reportedly given him a certain amount of power in the front office.

'Sport' claims that Mbappe has asked to bring Zidane to the helm, something that seems complicated, and for Leonardo to be sacked. This second part, according to 'Amazon', is already on its way: the sporting director will leave and the club have already informed him personally.

Leonardo has been in the spotlight for some time, especially since Madrid knocked PSG out of the Champions League. Many do not understand how, with the great squad the club have, they have not been able to fight for the Champions League. They blame, in part, Leonardo's sporting planning.

Mbappe already has his favourite to replace him. The striker would want Luis Campos in his place. He knows him well from his time at Monaco and believes there is no one better.

For the moment, PSG have not officially commented on this alleged sacking. We will have to wait for confirmation as to whether Mbappe's renewal does indeed come with a sacking.
