Man Utd boss doesn't want to sell Greenwood

Mason Greenwood's future at Manchester United is uncertain. The Englishman was suspended in January 2022 for alleged rape, abuse and coercive behaviour towards his current girlfriend.

However, the Red Devils included him on the retained list for next season and rumours about his future at Old Trafford have spread in recent days.

Both Erik ten Hag and the board are considering giving him a second chance to rebuild his life but selling him in the summer transfer window is also an option. Nonetheless, according to several reports in England, the Dutch boss has changed his mind.

The manager does not want to sell the striker for good and is considering loaning him to another team to return to the United squad in a few years' time because he has faith in him.
