'Evening Standard' claims that the 'red devils' have begun make some necessary calls to find a suitable replacement for Pogba, as his move is starting to look more likely. The Frenchman is for a move to Zidane's Real Madrid, and United doesn't want his departure to catch them offguard.
That's why they have reportedly set their sights on another Frenchman, Olympique Lyon's Tungay Ndombélé. Both share strong qualities, and are two players of a fairly similar cut, although Ndombélé lacks Pogba's ability to make the most complicated passes, or his powerful shots.
Ndombele, 22 (four years younger than Pogba), has played 48 games this season for the Lyon club. He was in the starting line-up in 43 of them, scoring two goals and conceding eight assists.
